ABOUT THE ROLE
GeekSoft Consulting is hiring a dynamic PMO & Vendor Governance Analyst / Specialist for our Bengaluru office. In this role, you will support program governance mechanisms and assist in managing vendor lifecycles, SLA tracking, and commercial reporting. This position is ideal for mid-level professionals looking to drive operational rigor, vendor performance analytics, and structured delivery support in a fast-paced workplace.

Requirements

1. PMO Operations & Project Support
Governance Execution: Implement standardized project governance, stage-gate checklists, status tracking, and cadence reviews across active engagements.
Executive Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reporting models for executive updates, project health tracking, and milestone monitoring.
Risk & Issue Tracking: Assist project managers in maintaining risk logs, dependency tracking, and tracking escalation items to resolution.
Process Compliance: Ensure project documentation adheres to organizational governance standards and audit requirements.

Vendor Governance & Operations
Vendor Performance Management: Track supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs using standardized scorecard templates; track delivery timelines and service quality.
Commercial & Procurement Support: Assist with vendor onboarding, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tracking, PO generation coordination, and contract renewal workflows.
Spend Analytics: Track vendor spend, compile financial tracking reports, and assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as an operational point of contact between internal project teams, procurement, legal, finance, and external vendors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Experience & Background
4–6 years of experience in PMO operations, project coordination, or vendor governance.
Prior experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Technology organizations.
Hands-on understanding of vendor SLAs,
