Job Responsibilities

Generate international business leads through B2B portals, LinkedIn, Google, trade fairs, exhibitions, and other lead generation sources.
Identify and develop new overseas customers and distributors.
Handle export sales inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales.
Conduct international market research, competitor analysis, and identify potential export markets.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping departments for timely order execution.
Prepare and manage export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, etc.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
Handle export payment methods including Letter of Credit (LC), TT, Advance Payment, and other international payment terms.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.




Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills

Strong Lead Generation & International Business Development skills.
Excellent English written and verbal communication.
Professional email drafting and client handling.
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work according to global customer time zones when required.
Tech-savvy with MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail in documentation and export processes.
Cultural awareness while dealing with international customers.
