Responsibilities
▸ Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on client requirements and site surveys
▸ Request and negotiate pricing/quotes from vendors
▸ Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and project details
Requirements
✓ Valuable communication skills; multiple languages are a plus
✓ Basic CAD knowledge
✓ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Email, Excel, and PowerPoint
✓ Good reading, writing, and basic math skills
