Your tasks

Support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Finance migration activities, ensuring successful implementation, business continuity, and smooth transition of finance processes.
Prepare and execute migration activities, including delta configuration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, such as creating Accounting Principles, General Ledger (GL) Harmonization, Bank Master Data Cleansing, Master Data updates, activation of New General Ledger Accounting and Material Ledger, and remediation of custom programs to support a ledger-based accounting approach.
Co-ordination with SAP implementation team to resolve the data migration issues.
Validate migrated financial data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Stay up to date with SAP Finance enhancements, accounting regulations, and migration methodologies.

Your Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA)/ MBA (Finance) or M. Com will be an added advantage.
3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting,



or SAP Finance, preferably with MNCs or large Indian organizations.
Hands-on experience in at least one SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project.
Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and advanced MS Excel.
Experience in GL Harmonization, Accounting Principles, Material Ledger, Master Data Management, and Finance Data Migration.
Experience coordinating with SAP implementation partners and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
