Experience Required

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Agency Partner Channel (APC)
- Mandatory experience in the Health Insurance industry
- Proven experience in handling agency distribution and driving business through agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing Agency Leaders/Business Managers for the Health Insurance vertical.
- Drive agency expansion by identifying and appointing quality agency partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency leaders to maximize productivity and business growth.
- Ensure achievement of recruitment, activation, and business targets.
- Coach, mentor,



and develop agency leaders to improve team performance.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and business operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Agency Partner Channel within the Health Insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of agency recruitment, partner development, and business acquisition.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Graduation is mandatory.
