Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to manage regulatory compliance across FSSAI, AYUSH, and Legal Metrology for nutraceutical and herbal products. The role involves product endorsements, license management, artwork & labeling compliance, and regulatory filings, ensuring end-to-end adherence to applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure FSSAI compliance by reviewing formulations, ingredients, and packaging as per applicable regulations
- Manage new product endorsements and modifications through the FOSCOS portal
- Review and validate artwork, labeling, and packaging in line with FSSAI, ICMR-RDA, AYUSH, and Legal Metrology norms
- Coordinate changes in product formulations, claims, and labels to meet regulatory requirements
- Prepare and submit documentation for license issuance,



renewal, and modifications under FSSAI and AYUSH
- Handle client queries related to product, formulation, and artwork compliance
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory forms, including Schedule TA, Form D-II, and Form V
- Maintain accurate regulatory records and ensure zero non-compliance

Candidate Profile

- Bachelors degree in Food Technology, B.Pharm, or related discipline
- 5–8 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs for Food / Nutraceutical / Herbal products
- Strong working knowledge of FSSAI, ICMR-RDA, AYUSH, and Legal Metrology regulations
- Experience in product approvals, labeling compliance, and regulatory submissions
- Excellent communication skills, solid attention to detail, and research-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple products and timelines efficiently
