We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Delivery Specialist who can independently manage client mandates and consistently deliver quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment assignments.
- Understand client hiring requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer management, and candidate onboarding.
- Manage multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
- Deliver an excellent candidate and client experience while meeting hiring deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency.
- Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.




- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and result-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

- ₹25,000–₹30,000 In-Hand per month (based on experience and performance)
