Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with 8+ years of expertise in end-to-end recruitment, covering both India and international hiring. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, headhunting, stakeholder management, and closing positions, preferably gained while working with large IT consulting firms or recruitment consultancies.

The candidate should be highly skilled in identifying and engaging qualified talent across multiple geographies and technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for India and international requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, databases, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray search.
- Handle active and passive candidate sourcing, including headhunting for niche and senior-level positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for different roles and geographies.
- Conduct candidate screening, initial discussions, competency assessment, and salary negotiations.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.




- Handle multiple positions simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and business teams to understand hiring priorities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
- Strong experience in both India and international recruitment.
- Proven expertise in IT / Technology hiring.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Experience hiring for niche, lateral, and senior-level positions.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean Search, Google X-Ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience working with large IT consulting companies, recruitment consultancies, or RPO environments.
- Strong candidate engagement, negotiation, and offer closure skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in leading IT consulting firms / recruitment consultancies will be preferred.
- Strong exposure to international hiring across US, UK, Middle East, APAC, or other global markets.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing difficult-to-find technology talent.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, hiring targets, and turnaround times.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
