Website: https://thaiodyssey.co.in Role Description Senior Receptionist position is a full-time, on-site role based at Thai Odyssey Spa and Skin Care in saltlake, Kolkata. This role is responsible for greeting clients, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, and coordinating appointment bookings.

The Senior

Receptionist will maintain the front desk area, handle inquiries about services and pricing, and ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere for all visitors. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing schedules, maintaining client records, processing payments, and supporting the spa team with basic clerical tasks. The role also involves handling customer concerns,



guiding clients through available services, and collaborating with management to improve client experience and front desk op erations.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette, including managing calls, appointments, and client inquiries.

Solid clerical skills, such as handling records, basic documentation, and use of booking or POS systems.

Ability to maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming front desk environment in a fast-paced setting.

Prior experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, or customer-facing role is preferred.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scheduling software or CRM tools.

Minimum high school diploma; additional coursework or training in hospitality or administration is an advantage.

Availability to work full-time on-site, including weekends or evenings as required by business needs.
