Civil Engineer Graduate with Minimum 8 - 10 years Experience.

OFFICE WORK AT COIMBATORE

Quantities take off as per GFC drawings and to Prepare Execution budget .

Client Bill - Submission and get certification from client/consultant with all supporting documents and Deviation statement preparation.

Labour Deployment plan preparation

Resource Tracker and Bid package preparation

Daily Quantity report preparation

Identify Non-Tender items and prepare rate analysis and submit for approval.

Subcontractors Quantity Verification

Labour Bill Quantity verification

Cost Control

Material Reconciliation

Labour Reconciliation

Sub-contractors Reconciliation

Machinery Reconciliation

All indirect item cost reconciliation as per site conditions and as per budgetCoordination and follow up site and head Office

Experience in quantity surveying , estimation and billing.

Experience in working large and medium size projects.

Experience in tender and contract management.

Experience in working with ERP software will be added advantage.

Experience in software like AUTO-CAD, PERIMARSRA, and MS Project.

Immediate joiners are prefered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
