Key Responsibilities

- Ensure quality standards are maintained across workstations, office chairs, PODs, and office furniture.
- Monitor incoming, in-process, and final product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Handle customer complaints and drive effective resolution.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Procurement, and Supplier Quality teams to achieve quality objectives.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, inspection standards, and documentation.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, Kaizen activities, and process optimization.
- Train shop floor employees on quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Prepare quality reports, KPIs,



and support internal and external audits.

Required Skills
- 8–9 years of experience in the office furniture manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of workstations, office chairs, PODs, and modular office furniture.
- Hands-on experience in incoming quality, in-process quality, final inspection, and supplier quality.
- Good understanding of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 8D, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments, quality documentation, and audit processes.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
