- Closely work with QA Managers for system development in business excellence.
- Preparing & Review of quality system objectives.
- Conducting Internal Audit & Management Review Meeting as per schedule.
- Authorized for management of Documents and records.
- Conduct regular In Process Inspection of plant production as well as final product & packaging.
- Documentation and Highlight issue if any NC found in In process Inspection and in Final product & packaging inspection. Communicate the rejected lot information to QA In-charge / Manager as well as production Manager.
- First Pcs approval of any new running SKU and sample record management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, regulations, and certifications Design, implement, and continuously improve the QA framework and standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) investigations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including test results,



inspection reports, and corrective actions.
- Development and implementation of current quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements related to quality assurance and incorporate them into company practices.
- Work closely with Production, R&D;, Procurement, and other departments to ensure product quality from the design phase to fino final delivery.
- Provide quality-related support in product design and development, ensuring that quality is built into the product lifecycle.

Qualifications: B. Tech/BE (Mechanical) Experience Required: 3-6 Yrs

Technical Skill Required

Complete QMS Documentation, Quality plan, New Product Development

Pay: ₹340,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
