Job Summary: Python Developer

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh,

Experience: 6+ years of experience in Python and Django development We are seeking a talented Python Developer/Lead with substantial experience in developing Django, REST APIs, working with AWS, Linux, Celery, Redis, and PostgreSQL (PSQL).

The ideal candidate will also have experience leading a team of 7+ developers and be well-versed in AGILE methodologies and JIRA for project management. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Python and Django.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support various front-end services.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Utilize Celery for task queue management and Redis for caching.
- Work with PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
- Implement and enforce best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain a high-quality codebase.




- Manage project tasks and timelines using AGILE methodologies and JIRA.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously improving skills and processes. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Python and Django development.
- Proven experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Proficiency in Linux environments.
- Experience with Celery and Redis for background task management and caching.
- Robust knowledge of PostgreSQL (PSQL) and database management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team of developers.
- Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and using JIRA for project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
