Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with the management team.

- Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.

- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

- Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.

- Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.

- Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle.

- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering, product management, and other departments.





- Monitor project budgets and ensure productive resource utilisation .

- Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior management.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

- Act as a project manager for 8-10 clients and exhibit senior level ownership.

- Make sure that all the projects are to be delivered on time.

- Coordinate with the third parties and make the project go flawless.

- Develop a project and monitor it accordingly.

- Manage the project scope and techniques by using various verification techniques.

- Track all the performance and develop comprehensive project plans.

- Maintain the relationship with the clients and report to the management when necessary.

- Meet the customers for detailed documentations.

- Maintain the spreadsheets accordingly along with the diagrams and process maps.
