Role Description The Senior Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for leading project engineering activities, including planning, design coordination, and overseeing execution to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to project schedules and budgets.

The Senior Project

Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, interface with clients, review drawings and specifications, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and support resolution of technical issues during construction and commissioning. Daily tasks include preparing and monitoring project plans, tracking progress, managing documentation,



ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and reporting project status to management. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, supporting risk assessments, and contributing to continuous improvement of project processes.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, including familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and design practices.

Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to organize activities, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients, and to prepare clear technical documentation.

Relevant experience in engineering projects, preferably in industrial, infrastructure, or construction environments, is beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred; advanced qualifications or professional certifications in project management are an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to lead projects, solve technical problems, and work safely in an in office environment is highly valued.
