Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and result-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead performance marketing, brand growth, customer acquisition, and digital transformation across our luxury real estate and township portfolio.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will spearhead digital customer acquisition strategies targeting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs). You will bridge luxury storytelling with high-performing growth funnels to drive high-ticket villa, second-home, and luxury township sales.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & HNWI Lead Generation
Design and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn), Programmatic, and Display targeted specifically at HNWIs/UHNWIs and global NRI buyers.
Optimize full-funnel customer journeys to deliver qualified sales leads, lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while driving pipeline value.
Oversee media planning, budget allocation,



and continuous A/B testing across high-converting landing pages and ad creative.
Digital Brand Strategy & Luxury Content
Define and maintain Della’s high-design, luxury aesthetic and tone across all digital touchpoints (web, mobile, social, video, and immersive landing pages).
Collaborate with design, CGI, and architectural teams to build immersive visual content (3D tours, video walkthroughs, drone footage, and luxury lifestyle campaigns).
Oversee social media channels, influencer partnerships, and luxury PR integrations to position Della Townships as India's premier experiential development platform.
CRM, Marketing Automation & Sales Enablement
Partner with the Sales and Channel Partner (CP) teams to ensure seamless lead flow, quick response times, and high lead-to-site-visit conversion rates.
Own and optimize Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot/LeadSquared) for automated lead nurturing workflows, hyper-personaliz
