Ideal Surat Candidate Profile

CS (ICSI) students — Executive or Professional level — particularly those in articleship or with audit exposure
NISM-certified candidates (Series V-A, Series VIII, or similar) who understand the regulatory framework
CA articleship trainees who have worked on broker audits or regulatory filings
Law graduates or students with an interest in financial market regulation
Finance or commerce graduates who independently follow SEBI updates and can discuss them intelligently

About The Role

At Stellaredge, compliance is not a passive function. It is an active, systems-oriented discipline. We do not want someone who waits to be told what a new SEBI circular means. We want someone who reads it the day it is released, understands its operational implications,



and builds a checklist before anyone asks. This role shapes how operations are designed — not just how they are documented.

Key Responsibilities

Independently monitor SEBI circulars, exchange notifications, and regulatory updates
Translate regulatory requirements into clear operational SOPs, checklists, and workflows
Maintain compliance calendars, trackers, and audit-readiness documentation
Support SEBI/exchange inspections and broker audits — preparation, documentation, coordination
Handle KYC/AML compliance checks and ensure operational teams stay aligned
Manage and respond to SCORES complaints and investor grievances within regulatory timelines
Coordinate with operations, DP, and finance teams on compliance-linked process changes

What We Are Looking For
