About the Role

This is not a conventional analyst role.

As a Business Operations & Product Analyst (CEO’s Office), you’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO and gain hands-on exposure to business operations, product management, customer success, data analytics, and strategic initiatives. Every day will bring new challenges,



giving you the opportunity to understand how a technology startup is built from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

* Manage CRM, business data, MIS reports, and vendor databases.
* Coordinate supplier onboarding and customer success activities.
* Work closely with the technology team to translate business requirements into product features.
* Conduct UAT, track feature releases, and document product improvements.
* Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and market research.
* Collaborate across operations, product, technology, and leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives.

* Has solid analytical and communication skills.
* Is organized, detail-oriented, and takes ownership.
* Is comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
