About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms and a solid understanding of performance metrics, analytics, and ROI optimization within the Beauty & Personal Care industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing,



and bid optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Track website traffic, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives through performance marketing strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in the Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Wellness, or FMCG industry.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Searc
