Role Description The Business Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for identifying and onboarding new insurance partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and supporting them in delivering a seamless customer experience. Daily activities include explaining product offerings, assisting partners in policy selection and documentation,



resolving operational or service-related queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing. The Business Partner will also track sales performance, provide regular updates and feedback to management, and contribute to local business development initiatives. The role requires consistent on-ground presence, professional communication with partners and customers, and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
