Role Description The BIM Modeler will develop, manage, and update Building Information Models for architectural and MEP design projects,



ensuring accurate representation of project specifications and construction details. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and coordinating construction drawings, maintaining model integrity and documentation standards, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design and coordination issues. The role involves integrating multidisciplinary inputs, supporting clash detection and design reviews, and contributing to design optimization and constructability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring close coordination with project teams and adherence to company and industry quality standards.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience using BIM authoring tools to develop and manage detailed project models.
