Job Purpose
As a Data Decision Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with the business teams to understand their strategic goals and help them into actionable data insights. The role will focus on being a knowledgeable business partner to provide data insights and products that support the strategic goals of the business functions.
Core Responsibilities
Build solid and trusted relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their data needs and challenges.
Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities and translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions.
Conduct in-depth analysis of data using market standard algorithms and modelling techniques.
Ensuring Data Governance standards, polices and controls are built into analytical practices.
Ensure data analysis and content is delivered on time and to expected quality with appropriate documentation.
Advise and contribute to delivery planning of projects for all Data Analytics elements
Work alongside other internal teams to train and migrate them to use data platforms and solutions
Continually look for innovative ways to make improvements based on the latest trends and research, esp. on AI and Machine learning
