At Synema™ One, we’re building one of the world’s most advanced AI-powered animation platforms. Our patented and proprietary technology enables anyone to transform a simple text prompt or story into high-quality animated movies—unlocking a current era of storytelling for studios, brands, educators, publishers, enterprises, and creators worldwide.

As we expand our presence across the UK and Europe, we’re looking for an exceptional "Head of Business Development" to lead our commercial growth in the region.

This is not a traditional sales role. We’re looking for a commercially driven leader who can hit the ground running from Day One by leveraging an established network to accelerate enterprise adoption of the Synema One platform.

Your Mission
Drive the commercial success of Synema™ One by:
? Acquiring enterprise SaaS customers across the UK and Europe.
? Building strategic partnerships with animation studios, media companies,



broadcasters, OTT platforms, publishers, advertising agencies, educational institutions, technology partners, and global brands.
? Identifying and closing high-value enterprise agreements, strategic alliances, and long-term SaaS subscriptions.
? Helping establish Synema One as the preferred AI-powered animation platform for businesses looking to create high-quality animation at scale.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Has 10+ years of proven success in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or SaaS Sales.
✔ Has an established network across Media, Entertainment, AI, Creative Technology, MarTech, EdTech, or Enterprise Software.
✔ Can confidently engage C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
✔ Has experience selling innovative technology solutions, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software.
✔ Is entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and excited about building something c
