Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bid & Proposal Manager to lead strategic proposal development and bid management activities for our Communications vertical, covering Telecom, Broadband, Wi-Fi, OSS/BSS, Open RAN, Cloud, AI, and Digital Engineering services.

The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end proposal management, collaborating with sales, solution architects, delivery leaders, and practice teams to develop compelling, customer-centric proposals that differentiate GlobalLogic and maximize win probability.

The ideal candidate should possess solid telecom domain knowledge, excellent proposal writing capabilities, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage complex global pursuits from qualification through submission.

Key Responsibilities

Bid Management

Lead end-to-end management of RFP,



RFQ, RFI and unsolicited proposal responses.
Own the bid lifecycle including qualification, planning, content development, reviews, governance, submission, and post-bid analysis.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations.
Drive proposal governance, compliance, quality assurance, and submission timelines.

Proposal Development

Develop compelling executive summaries, value propositions, win themes, and differentiated messaging.
Translate customer requirements into persuasive solution narratives.
Collaborate with SMEs to build technical, commercial, and transformation responses.
Ensure proposals clearly articulate GlobalLogic’s capabilities, innovation, and customer value.
