Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role is based in Indore. The Business Development Manager will identify and engage new clients, nurture existing relationships,



and promote Sitolia’s portfolio of luxury natural stones to architects, designers, developers, and premium retail partners. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on pricing, inventory, project timelines, and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience. The Business Development Manager will track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and contribute to revenue growth and brand positioning in the luxury stone segment.
