Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Anand, responsible for driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships for Known Click’s digital solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and in-person meetings, presenting service offerings, and preparing proposals tailored to client needs.



The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, negotiating terms, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. The Sales Specialist collaborates with the technical and design teams to ensure client expectations are accurately translated into deliverables and provides ongoing support to maintain strong client satisfaction. The position also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and contributing to sales reports and improvement initiatives.
