Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive candidate to coordinate and execute end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across India, US, and other regions as needed.
This role will ensure smooth onboarding, client resource readiness, payroll coordination, HR operations, reporting, employee engagement, and offboarding activities while acting as a bridge between HR, Delivery, IT, Finance, Payroll, and client teams.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple operational activities in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding - Internal
Own the complete pre-joining to assimilation process for all new hires.
Coordinate onboarding activities for employees across India, US, and other regions as needed.
Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and background verification.
Collect and validate all employee documents,



ensuring compliance with local and client requirements.
Work with IT and Finance for laptop, system access, email IDs, VPN, tools, timesheet management, insurance, and other platforms.
Conduct induction sessions and departmental handovers; introduce recent hires to company culture, policies, and processes.
Conduct regular touchpoints during first 3–6 months to track integration, resolve queries, and ensure engagement.
Track completion of all onboarding tasks, such as payroll data submission, insurance enrolment, and mandatory trainings.
Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports for leadership on onboarding progress, compliance, and new hire experience.
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding experience and operational efficiency.

2.Client Onboarding & Resource Readiness
Coordinate client onboarding processes, including documentation submission, vendor portal requirements, and compliance tracking.
