Through our flagship Quantum Program, we work closely with approximately 100 founders and brands across categories such as beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion, food, home, jewellery and personal care.
We are looking for a highly experienced Performance Marketing and D2C Growth expert who can help our Quantum member brands improve advertising performance, lower customer acquisition costs, increase ROAS, strengthen their funnels and scale profitably.
This is not a routine media-buying role. It is a portfolio-level growth role where you will audit multiple brands,



diagnose performance gaps, guide founders and their agencies, and drive measurable business outcomes.

PRIMARY MANDATE
Drive measurable performance improvement across approximately 100 Quantum member brands and HyperScale’s own lead-generation funnel.
You will work across multiple categories, business stages and agency setups. Your role will be to identify what is limiting growth, recommend the right strategy, review execution and ensure that founders receive clear, practical and commercially sound guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AUDIT QUANTUM MEMBER BRANDS
Conduct structured audits of Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant performance marketing channels.
Review:
• Account and campaign structure
• Customer acquisition cost
• ROAS and MER
• Conversion rate
• Average order value
• Creative performance
• Audience and targeting strategy
• Budget allocation
• Landing pages and prod
