Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Licensed Mental Health Professionals to help evaluate and enhance large language model (LLM) outputs related to mental health and psychological well-being. You’ll assess AI-generated content for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness - contributing to the development of responsible AI that supports evidence-based mental health information. Selected talents will review and annotate text, audio, or survey-based data related to mood, stress, emotional states,



and mental well-being to support responsible AI development in mental health contexts.

Commitments Required: 8 hours per day with an overlap of 4 hours with PST.

Skill
3+ yrs of experience in a relevant field
Background in psychology, counselling, social work, or related behavioural health field.
Understanding of mental health terminology and common wellbeing frameworks.
Solid emotional resilience and judgment when handling sensitive material.
Ability to follow strict confidentiality and safety escalation protocols.
Ideal to have a MacBook.

Preferred Qualifications:
Clinical or counselling experience.
Prior experience with content moderation or mental health data annotation.
