About the Role-

The International Program Executive / Counselor is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibility of this role is to guide prospective candidates through various study abroad, work abroad and Internship opportunities by personalized counselling.
Key responsibilities include:

Counsel prospective students/professionals on abroad programs and eligibility requirements.
Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls,



WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Effectively utilize AI tools and automation to improve communication, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
Conduct daily counselling sessions and maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Organize webinars, information sessions, and student engagement activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and internal systems.
Work on targeted calling campaigns and consistently achieve lead conversion goals.
Research and identify new lead generation sources and partnership opportunities.
Create and optimize email and WhatsApp templates for marketing and student communication.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and student recruitment activities.
Identify student requirements, recommend the most suitable study abroad or related programs, and guide them toward successful enrollment while ensuring val
