Role & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end client accounts for domestic and international logistics, ensuring timely execution of shipments and documentation.
Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and internal ops to resolve delays, track consignments, and maintain SLA compliance.
Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, and regulatory forms for export/import compliance.
Proactively communicate shipment status, customs hold-ups, and cost implications to clients via email/phone/CRM.
Upsell value-added services (insurance, warehousing, duties & taxes advisory) to increase client retention and revenue.
Generate accurate billing,



resolve invoice discrepancies, and liaise with finance for timely collections.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Logistics documentation (AWB, BL, COO, E-Invoice)
Customs clearance procedures (Indian & GCC countries)
CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)
Freight forwarder coordination
Client communication & conflict resolution

Preferred

Experience with TMS or trade compliance platforms (e.g., Tradelink, EDI)
Basic knowledge of Incoterms® 2020
Exposure to air/ocean freight booking systems
