As a Staff Product Designer for VEP Product Support, you will design platform experiences that power Product Support Transformation - AI powered reusable services and building blocks that pre-brief experts, surface the right knowledge at the right moment, route work intelligently, and learn from every resolved case. You turn the needs of customers, experts, and the business into a scalable and dependable platform - build it once, serve it everywhere,



and make every expert interaction faster, smarter, and more trusted.

Responsibilities

Interaction design — Distill complicated use cases into straightforward, clear designs and strategies. Own and visualize your domain's end-to-end experiences and ensure consistency of patterns, flows, and mental models across them.
Visual design — Role model high standards of taste, balancing creativity and innovation with consistency. Leverage expert-level craft to design novel visual and interaction solutions that diverge from standard patterns to elevate the product and exceed user expectations.
Motion design — Focus on detailed aspects of motion and experience quality; use motion to express emotional resonance. Collaborate with engineering to drive motion capability across platforms and tools.
