Job Title: AI Business Analyst

What You Will Get to Do:

Map and evaluate operational workflows across internal business units to isolate high-value automation
targets.
Deconstruct manual desk procedures into explicit process maps, technical data flow diagrams, and decision
matrices.




Define strict business requirements, exception pathways, and validation rules for trade breaking, reconciliation,
and reporting processes.
Work closely with AI Engineers to verify that automated systems accurately apply business rules and logic.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational review cycles, and Human-In-The-Loop review
interfaces.
Calculate operational baselines and measure post-implementation efficiency gains to validate initial project
business cases.

What You Will Bring:

5 – 8 years as a Business Analyst within Financial Operations, FinTech, or Enterprise Automation programs.
Demonstrated skill in process modeling standards (BPMN, UML) and detailed functional specification writing.
Robust working knowledge of core financial products, back-office processing workflows, and trade management lifecycles.
Practical understanding of AI automation capabilities, data extraction limitations, and operation
