In this role, you’ll partner with our Director Talent Acquisition to fill a pipeline of qualified candidates for our open jobs.
Essential Responsibilities
Identify and proactively source qualified candidates on LinkedIn
Conduct proactive sourcing using Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche semiconductor community platforms
Respond to initial candidate questions, as needed
Act as a trusted partner with our Talent Acquisition team
Maintain a solid sense of urgency while preserving quality and judgement (we aspire to hire only best-in-class “A” players)
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
2+ years in semiconductors, electronics and/or optical communications
Exceptional organizational skills with a high sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dyn
