We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Project Lead.

This position is based in Pune.

You’ll make a difference by:

Leading projects within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
Facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives that maximize customer value and business outcomes.
Promoting effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Coaching and mentoring teams on Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Secure principles to enhance team maturity.




Ensuring Sprint Backlogs are effectively prioritized to deliver maximum business value.
Collaborating closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, refine requirements, and address emerging priorities.
Identifying and removing impediments that may impact team productivity and delivery commitments.
Supporting teams through organizational and process changes while fostering Agile best practices.
Ensuring sprint deliverables meet quality expectations and customer requirements.
Building a culture of ownership, accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
Aligning project execution with product roadmaps and strategic business objectives.
Providing regular project updates, progress reports, and key metrics to management and customers.
Managing project risks proactively and ensuring adherence to established risk management practices.
Facilitating user story elaboration and requirement clarification with Product Owners and Product Managers.
