About the Role
We're looking for a Short-Form Video & Content Lead to own Favhiker's content ecosystem from strategy to execution.
This isn't a traditional social media role.
We're looking for someone who can think like a creator, execute like a producer, and analyse like a growth marketer.
You'll own everything from identifying content opportunities and building recurring content formats to filming, editing, publishing and measuring performance. You'll work closely with Product, Design, Growth and Performance Marketing teams to bring Favhiker's story to millions of food lovers.

What You'll DoContent Strategy
Own Favhiker's short-form content strategy across Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
Build monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns and seasonal moments.
Develop recurring content series and repeatable formats that audiences recognise and return for.
Turn product features, community stories and food culture into content people genuinely want to watch, save and share.
Content Creation
Create 15–25 high-quality short-form videos every month.
