Role Description:
The Growth Marketing Manager is a full-time, remote role based in India, responsible for building and executing the company's end-to-end growth strategy. This is a high ownership role where you will establish the marketing function from the ground up and drive a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B leads.
The role focuses on generating demand for Formis Technologies' software consulting services, including ERP implementation,



custom software development, ecommerce solutions, HRMS, and business websites. You will own both inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives, including SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and marketing automation.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing the company website for conversions, managing Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, conducting outbound prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Snov.io, creating content and lead generation assets, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously improving marketing ROI. You will work directly with the founder to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and build a predictable sales pipeline.
