We are hiring Investment Advisor

Location: Dunlop, Kolkata
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in an Equity Research or Investment Advisory firm (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria
• Graduation is mandatory.
• NISM Certification (Series XV / X-A / X-B) is mandatory.
• CFA Level I or Level II will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide investment advisory services and financial guidance to clients based on their investment objectives and risk profile.
• Handle client queries and maintain long-term client relationships through effective advisory support.
• Monitor client portfolios and recommend suitable investment strategies in line with market conditions.
• Conduct fundamental equity research, company analysis, and market research to identify investment opportunities.
• Prepare research-backed investment recommendations and communicate them effectively to clients.




• Track market movements, economic developments, and sector-specific trends to support investment decisions.
• Assist in portfolio reviews, asset allocation, and wealth creation strategies while ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Preferred Skills
• Strong understanding of capital markets, equity research, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with equity research tools and financial market platforms.
• Robust analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and prepare detailed research reports.
• High attention to detail with sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
