Brief Introduction – Role Summary / Purpose

This role leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of SAP-driven Procurement and Inventory processes with a primary focus on SAP MM/IM, Ariba Buying (Ariba Procure-to-Pay – Buying & Invoicing), and Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), as well as integrated MRP planning.



The specialist partners with Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders to optimize sourcing, replenishment, consignment/SMI, settlement, and liability reporting, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong business acumen, rigorous analytical capability, and high learning agility to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable solutions across global operations, with particular emphasis on end‑to‑end Ariba Buying and supplier collaboration via Ariba SCC.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, and deployment for SAP MM/IM, Ariba Buying (Buying & Invoicing) and Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), covering requisition-to-order, catalog and non‑catalog purchasing, supplier collaboration (PO confirmations, ASN, ship notices), goods receipts, invoice processing, and 2/3‑way matching.
Own and optimize Ariba Buying processes (shopping carts, approvals, guided buying
