About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Creative Director to own the ideation, creation, and quality benchmark of ad creative built on Frameo. This is a craft-first mandate: you'll conceive and build ad samples that show what the platform is genuinely capable of, and define the standard that everything we ship is measured against.

This role sits at the intersection of advertising craft and AI-native production.



You'll bring a real understanding of what makes an ad work — the idea, the hook, the pacing, the finish — and apply it inside a generative production pipeline, giving sharp, specific creative feedback at pre-production, production, and upscaling stages so quality holds from concept through final master.
