Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our ride support team. The primary responsibility is to provide inbound support to riders and drivers through calls and other support channels while ensuring quick, accurate, and professional assistance.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to handle customers during both routine and emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from riders and drivers professionally.
Resolve customer queries related to rides, payments, cancellations, fare disputes, account issues, and app-related concerns.
Identify customer issues accurately and provide appropriate resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department whenever required.
Monitor and respond appropriately to SOS and emergency alerts following company procedures.
Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with operations and field teams for issue resolution.




Ensure every interaction meets company quality standards.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Stay updated with company policies, promotions, and operational changes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Prior experience in Customer Support, BPO, Call Center, or Ride-Hailing Support is an added advantage.

Good spoken Hindi.
Basic to good spoken English.
Clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette.
Active listening skills.

Technical Skills

Basic computer knowledge.
Positive understanding of Windows operating system.
Comfortable using multiple applications simultaneously.
Basic typing skills.
Familiarity with MS Office and web browsers.
Ability to quickly learn CRM and support software.
