The Instructional Designer & Facilitator for STS New Hire Onboarding for Schwab Indiais responsible fordesigning and delivering a seamless, high-impact onboarding experience that enables new employees to become productive, connected, and confidentquickly. Thisrole combines instructional design, onboarding experience design, and live facilitation to support the full new hire lifecycle—from pre-Day 1 through the first90 days. The role partners closely with STS University, HR, business leaders, and SMEs to ensure onboarding is consistent, scalable, and aligned to Schwab culture and ways of working.
