Key Responsibilities
Lead the firm's transition into BIM and establish best practices
Head and mentor the BIM team; train and guide junior architects
Develop BIM libraries, templates, standards, and workflows
Manage and deliver projects independently using BIM tools
Experience
10-15 years of professional experience in architectural practice
Skill Requirements
Solid proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
Experience with rendering software
Proven ability to handle projects independently
