About the Role
The Business Growth & Category Associate will work closely with the leadership team of one of the fastest-growing brands in the TMRW portfolio.
This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role at the intersection of business strategy, growth, category, operations, data and technology. The role will focus on identifying and executing key growth opportunities as the brand scales across its omnichannel ecosystem – Web, App, Marketplaces and Offline.
You will work on interesting, high-impact business problems while leveraging data, AI, automation and current-age technology to make the brand faster, smarter and more efficient.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the leadership team on strategic growth priorities and translate them into actionable business initiatives
Drive business & category growth across Web, App, Marketplaces and Offline channels
Identify new growth opportunities across categories, channels, customers and geographies through structured analysis and business understanding
Own business performance tracking across key metrics including sales, conversion,



category performance, inventory, margins and profitability
Deep-dive into data to identify growth opportunities, operational gaps and areas requiring intervention
Work on category initiatives including assortment, pricing, availability, inventory productivity and new category opportunities
Work with cross-functional teams across category, growth, supply chain, tech and operations to take initiatives from problem identification to on-ground execution
Identify opportunities to improve the Web & App business, including customer journeys, conversion and merchandising
Leverage AI, technology and automation to simplify processes, improve decision-making and drive operating efficiencies
Build scalable dashboards, trackers and operating processes to enable faster, data-backed decision-making
Drive projects end-to-end – from problem identification and analysis to execution and impact tracking
