Risto Solar is looking for a Senior Product Officer to manage solar system design, cost optimization, and lead our internal Learning &

- Development (L&D;) program to train and upskill engineering and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design &
- Technical Optimization: Lead design and energy yield simulations for MW-scale solar PV & hybrid (solar + battery storage) projects using PVsyst and AutoCAD.

- Cost &

- Vendor Management: Drive cost efficiency across BOS (Balance of System) and procurement through vendor negotiations and value engineering.

- L&D; &

- Technical Training: Build training modules and conduct continuous workshops for internal teams on solar design standards, SCADA/grid integration, and EPC practices.

- Compliance:



Ensure all projects comply with Indian solar market regulations, grid integration requirements, and electrical protection systems.

Key Requirements

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.

- Experience: 3–6+ years in MW-scale solar PV design with a solid interest or experience in technical training/mentorship.

- Core Tools: Expertise in PVsyst, AutoCAD, SCADA systems, and financial/cost modelling for solar projects.

- Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into training modules.
