Roles And Responsibilities
- Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile and Blackberry)
- Research customer technical issues and pursue resolution
- Good understanding of Mobility Software. MDM, MAM, and UEM
- Prior experience with the mobility domain will be given preference.
- From time to time deliver presentations and webinars to prospective customers and partners
- Attend meetings with partners and customers for tech discussions;
- Prior Experience with UEM or Mobility domain
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in a pre-sales, tech-support or consultant related role within enterprise software will be given preference
- Great communication skills, being able to speak to both technical and business counterparts on the client-side and explain technology and solutions architecture;
- Highly organized and self-motivated;
- Love to learn and have a solid interest in sales, technology, and customer interaction;
- Willingness to travel for tech discussions
- Flexible with shift timings
