Latinum is hiring on behalf of its client for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution across digital entertainment and travel experiences. This role is ideal for a product leader with a passion for building engaging consumer products, driving user growth, and delivering seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end product roadmap across content discovery, user engagement, and travel booking experiences.
- Define product strategy, prioritize features, and drive execution in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Content, Marketing, and Growth teams.
- Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive research into impactful product initiatives.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, product releases, and cross-functional delivery.
- Monitor and optimize key product metrics such as engagement, retention, subscriptions, conversion, and booking performance.
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Improve personalization, search, recommendation, and customer journeys across the platform.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to successfully launch and scale new product capabilities.

Requirements:





- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including 4+ years managing consumer-facing digital products.
- Experience building high-engagement mobile or web applications in Entertainment, OTT, Consumer Internet, Marketplace, or Travel Technology.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, user experience, personalization, search & discovery, and monetization models.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, PRDs, sprint planning, and experimentation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or Google Analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with subscriptions, advertising, marketplace, or commission-based business models is preferred.
- Exposure to recommendation systems, content platforms, or travel booking ecosystems will be an added advantage.
