Role Description The Senior Product Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for owning the product lifecycle end-to-end, including customer discovery, requirements gathering, roadmap definition, and prioritization of features for fintech lending and credit products.

The Senior Product

Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, sales, and operations teams to translate business and user needs into clear product specifications and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. They will analyze product performance, user behavior, and market trends to refine offerings,



improve customer experience, and drive adoption and revenue. The role also includes stakeholder management with corporate partners, internal leadership reporting, and continuous improvement of product processes and documentation.

Qualifications

- Product management and strategy skills, including roadmap planning, requirement definition, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making, product analytics, and user research to inform product direction.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams.
- Understanding of fintech, lending, or financial services domains; experience with SME/MSME or B2B products is an advantage.
- Ability to lead complex projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is beneficial.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead product management role, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology-led organization.
- Comfort with working on-site in Noida and engaging directly with internal and external stakeholders.
