WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior PPC Specialist to lead and optimize high-performing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in managing large-scale PPC campaigns while delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and competitor analysis.

- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies.

- Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, bidding strategies, and creatives.

- Track conversions using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion tracking tools.

- Generate detailed performance reports and present actionable insights.

- Collaborate with SEO, Content, Design,



and Development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, Google Ads updates, and platform policies.

- Mentor junior PPC team members and contribute to campaign strategy.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

- Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)

- Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation

- Strong knowledge of keyword planning, bidding strategies, and budget optimization

- Excellent analytical and reporting skills

- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
