We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO to support Digital Transformation initiatives across Data & AI, Technology, and Cybersecurity . The ideal candidate will partner with Digital leadership to drive PMO governance, programme planning, portfolio visibility, financial tracking, vendor management, and executive reporting across multiple digital workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead PMO governance across Data & AI, Technology, and Cybersecurity programs.
- Manage programme planning, portfolio reporting, RAID logs, budgets, and financial tracking.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, project teams, and external system integrators.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and overall delivery progress.
- Prepare executive dashboards, governance reports, and portfolio updates.




- Support change adoption and ensure effective coordination across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

- 5–8+ years of Senior PMO experience on large Digital or Technology Transformation programs.
- Robust experience in PMO governance, programme planning, RAID management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Experience managing vendors and System Integrators.
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent), Microsoft Excel, and portfolio reporting tools.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to Data & AI, Cloud, or Cybersecurity programs is an added advantage.
- Experience in Pharma, Consumer Healthcare, or other regulated industries is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
